When will I receive my prize?

All PayPal payments are made within 10 business days. If you have not received it after that then please get in contact.

Please make sure your registered email address is connected to PayPal, or inform us of the email to send it to. (admin@winadinner.com)

Restaurant and food related E-vouchers / eGift Cards will be sent to your registered email address within 7 - 10 business days / working days. We use the company Gift Pay ( https://www.giftpay.co.uk/business/) to purchase them, they email it to you, you log onto their site and then choose where you want to spend your winnings from their selection of retailers.

Please check your spam / junk folder in case it ends up there. They use the email address noreply@giftpay.com to send us confirmations, so this might be the email address that they use to send the cards out. Please search for 'Gift Pay' and this email address in your inbox.
