I have not received my E-Voucher / eGift Card after a claim

After you have claimed a win, we use the company Gift Pay (https://www.giftpay.co.uk/business/) to purchase an eGift Card, they email it to you, you log onto their site and then choose where you want to spend your winnings from their selection of retailers.

We will purchase the voucher within 7 - 10 business days / working days and once they have processed it, they will email it to you. Please check your spam / junk folder in case it ends up there. They send us confirmation from their email address noreply@giftpay.com, so this might be the one they use to send the eGift Cards out.

We started using this company in November 2022, before that we used the company Gifts and Vouchers who have since been taken over by highstreetvouchers.com, home to Love2Shop. Gifts and Vouchers are still able to help if you need it though. Their email is: info@giftsvouchers.co.uk

If you had a win before 15th November 2022, please search for info@giftsvouchers.co.uk and Gifts and Vouchers in your inbox and please remember to check your spam /junk folder.
